Established in 1983, Photo Arts is a full service commercial printing company located at 44 Putter Lane in Torrington, Connecticut.

Founded by the late Harry A. Langenheim Jr., and his wife Helena on South Main Street in Torrington, Photo Arts has always strived to produce quality printed products with personalized service at fair and competitive prices.

Today our principles are the same. Although our customer base has grown considerably, our services have expanded and our equipment has continually been upgraded to keep pace with technology, we still have the same values set forth by our founders almost 30 years ago.

During these trying economic times, we look forward to the challenges of working with every one of our customers on an individual basis to provide the products and services they need while meeting their specific schedule and budget requirements.
